Shipping costs

We ship worldwide with DHL. Delivery in the destination country is handled by the respective local postal service.

All shipping costs include statutory VAT where applicable. The exact shipping costs for your order are shown again clearly before you complete your order.

Shipping method

Shipping is via DHL. In the destination country, the parcel is handed over to the responsible local postal service for final delivery. Where available, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery time

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, we ship your order within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time thereafter is:

• Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
• USA: approx. 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: approx. 10–20 business days

All figures are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and do not include the duration of any customs clearance.

Customs and import charges

• Germany / EU: No additional customs or import charges apply.
• USA: The applicable customs handling is already included in the stated shipping price. No further charges arise for you on delivery.
• Rest of the world (outside the EU): For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are to be borne by the recipient. Please check with the relevant authorities in your country regarding any additional costs before ordering.
