General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Slope Road Cycling to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with Slope Road Cycling, Owner: Steven Böhm, Kartäuserwall 18, 50678 Köln.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods.

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The details can be found in our withdrawal policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). For all other, non-personalised items, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices and include statutory value added tax, insofar as this applies. The respective shipping costs are added.

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available, including PayPal, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, “Pay later” as well as other local payment methods (e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, Przelewy24, eps). The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract. You can find the amount of the shipping costs and the expected delivery times on our Shipping and Delivery page.

The statutory law on liability for defects applies.

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
