Important, if you send from outside the EU:

Please fill out the CN22 document and place it on the outside of the package.

Please be aware that CN22 must have “returned goods” be checked. If “returned goods” is not checked, we will not be able to accept the return and it will go back to sender.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you – other than the carrier – has received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw by letter, email, or via our form. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you – including delivery costs. Excluded are any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made promptly, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return – whichever comes first.

Please return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any event no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
